The Inspiration
Snowy egrets are one of my favorite birds to watch along Florida’s coast. Those brilliant white feathers paired with their bright yellow feet always catch my eye. It’s impossible not to smile when you see them carefully tiptoeing through the surf.
This design was inspired by photographs I took at Flagler Beach, where I watched a snowy egret patiently stalking the waves before triumphantly emerging with a fish in its beak. It was one of those simple, unforgettable moments that perfectly captures the beauty of Florida’s coastline.
